Find the fit pattern.

Review returns, sizing feedback, and product evidence before deciding what to change.

Use the evidence you have.

Bring what you have. You do not need every input.

  • Returns and exchanges
  • Reviews and support messages
  • Size guides and existing fit reports

Review one case.

Each review is scoped and quoted before work. Current turnaround: 5–7 working days after scope and evidence are agreed.

How the review works

Anburan reviews the available evidence, separates patterns from uncertainty, and identifies the next decision.

  1. Describe the customer problem and the pending decision.
  2. Agree the evidence, scope, and boundaries.
  3. Review the signals and route the next action.

A written decision brief.

What the evidence suggests, what remains uncertain, and what to change or test next.

What the brief covers
  • The recurring pattern and contradictory signals.
  • Product, fit guidance, assortment, or workflow questions.
  • Where specialist testing is still needed.

Questions before you send a case.

What is a Fit Friction Audit?

It is Anburan's name for a scoped review of fit-related returns and sizing feedback. It is not an established industry category or a laboratory test.

What do we need to share?

Start with one concrete problem and the evidence you have. Return reasons, reviews, support messages, sizing guidance, and existing fit reports can help. The first conversation determines what is available and appropriate to review.

Do you test shoes or recommend sizes?

No. Anburan reviews available evidence to support a product or workflow decision. It does not run laboratory, medical, certification, or wearer tests or provide a size-recommendation engine. A review may show where specialist testing is needed.

How is a review scoped and priced?

Describe the problem and the decision you need to make. Anburan checks whether the available evidence supports a review. Each review is scoped and quoted before work begins. The current turnaround for a fit-related returns review is 5–7 working days once the scope is agreed and the evidence is available.

Boundaries

Evidence review, not laboratory testing.

What Anburan does and does not do

Anburan reviews fit-related returns, customer feedback, and product evidence to help teams decide what to change.

It does not run laboratory, medical, certification, or wearer tests or provide automated shoe-size recommendations. A review can identify when specialist testing is needed.
